At Parteu.com ("JOGO INC",“Parteu,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value your time and commitment to professional growth. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for all business strategy consultation services and digital deliverables offered through our platform.
By booking a consultation or purchasing any service from Parteu.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
1. Commencement of Services
All consultations, advisory sessions, or digital deliverables will only commence once full payment has been received and confirmed by Parteu.
Payments must be made in advance through the approved payment channels indicated on Parteu.com or in your official invoice.
Bookings made without completed payment are considered unconfirmed and may be released or rescheduled without notice.
Parteu reserves the right to delay or refuse commencement of any service until payment is verified.
2. Consultation Bookings
Your consultation is confirmed only after successful payment and written or email confirmation from Parteu.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, selected time slot, and payment information are accurate at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations by Clients
We understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following terms apply:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session:
Eligible for rescheduling or a partial refund (up to 80% of the total fee), subject to administrative and payment processing deductions.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session:
The session fee is non-refundable, though we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion.No-shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a completed service, with no refund or reschedule provided.
4. Rescheduling Requests
If you wish to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at support@parteu.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Late reschedule requests may be declined or treated as cancellations.
In rare cases where Parteu needs to reschedule (e.g., consultant illness, emergencies, or technical issues), we will promptly notify you and arrange the earliest available alternative.
5. Digital Deliverables and Reports
For strategic reports, frameworks, templates, or digital materials provided by Parteu:
Once the deliverable has been shared, accessed, or downloaded, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to clarify scope and expectations before confirming any order.
All digital work represents professional intellectual property and is not eligible for refund once delivered.
6. Packages, Retainers, or Subscription Plans
For multi-session packages or ongoing retainers:
Cancellations within seven (7) days of purchase may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, provided no session or deliverable has commenced.
After seven (7) days, or after the first consultation or deliverable has begun, no refunds will be issued.
7. Cancellations by Parteu
Parteu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., consultant unavailability, technical issues, or policy violations).
If Parteu cancels a service and cannot provide a suitable alternative, a full refund will be issued for that specific session.
8. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
Parteu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors or banking institutions.
9. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Services already delivered or commenced after payment receipt;
Dissatisfaction due to subjective factors (e.g., personal opinion on advice quality);
Technical or connectivity issues on the client’s side;
Breach of Parteu’s Terms and Conditions;
Failure to provide necessary information or participation required to complete the consultation.

11. Governing Law
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Montana.
